TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Dedicated server are entitled for 24/7 for league racing. Each server lease will receive our admin server utility, If you have taken the 24/7 option. It is your responsability not to distribute this utility prior to our approuval.

Direct IP servers are allowed, but please contact us so the server can be configured correctly. You are allowed to run the server without access password for pickup racing, but maximum number of players will be dropped to 32, maximum player drop is automaticly done with the server utility if you do not put a access password. If you have a special event or want to run pick up race with more than 32 drivers, contact us.

Race replays will only be allowed to be downloaded twice, if you need to give the replay to some of your league members or any one else, have the replay downloaded on a other server or on your webhosting space we provide, so that you can easily share it. Each 24/7 servers are set with 150meg of replay memory minimum. Our servers are not used for webhosting, file sharing or any other thing that might have a impact on racing quality, we have a dedicated server for web hosting and the Team Speak servers. If more access to replays are required contact us.

Our utility let you change access, boss and admin password prior to start the server. do not stop the server unecessarely to only change the password, you can easily do that directly in the chat window once on the server is running. Take note that we log each server start up.

All add-on track and mod that will be uploaded to the race server is the responsability of the user of that server.

Even if we have solve major warp issue when restarting a server instance, if each game servers are all fully loaded with drivers you may notice server being opened on the S scale of the Nascar racing 2003 connection monitor. But it should not be a issue on the track. So please do not close/start server for other reason then to change mod. Abuse of this policy could put a end to the server lease.

We will do our best to provide you with the best racing servers you have ever run on , and most of all on the flexibility of server configuration. But often warping issue is caused on drivers side and not server side. We do not have control on your routing to the server.

24/7 server lease are payable on a monthly bases, and they must be paid before the start of the lease. If you are not satisfied with the server we will refund you.
